Baku. Victoria Dementyeva – APA. “Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan share the same positions in ensuring security in the Caspian Sea,” first Deputy Director of the Federal Security Service, head of the border service of the Russian Federation Vladimir Kulishov told journalist, APA reports.
He said that security in the Caspian Sea was discussed at the 70th meeting of the CIS Border Troops Commanders Council in Baku and they passed a relevant decision: “We are developing our proposals to the CIS Heads of States. Currently, these proposals are being agreed and worked on by experts.”
