Azerbaijan institutes defense attaché offices in three countries
Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – AAP. Defense attaché offices of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces have been instituted in three countries, the Defense Ministry told APA.
The new attaché offices will operate under the embassies in Brazil, the Republic of South Africa and Indonesia. No appointment has been made to the new attaché offices yet.
Thereby, the number of defense attaché offices of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces has reached 21.
The ministry also said that the defense attachés of Croatia, Iraq, Hungary, Nigeria, Serbia, Slovenia, Greece and Zambia, which offices are located in other countries, were accredited in Azerbaijan last year.
