The Press Conference dedicated to the opening of ADEX 2014 Exhibition was held today

The press conference dedicated to the opening of the 1^st Azerbaijan International Defence Industry Exhibition ADEX 2014 was held today, 10 April at 12.00 a.m. at the JW Marriott Absheron Baku Hotel. The Organisation Partners of ADEX 2014 are Iteca Caspian and Caspian Event Organisers (CEO).

The press conference was attended by Mr. Yahya Musayev, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Defence Industry of the republic of Azerbaijan; Mr. Farrukh Vezirov, Head of Military-Technical Cooperation Department of Ministry of Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr Edward Strachan, Executive Director of CEO; Mr. Farid Mammadov, Director of Iteca Caspian and Ms. Ulker Hasanova, Project Manager. Over the course of the press conference, journalists were informed that state bodies, the business community and industrial organisations from Azerbaijan and foreign countries have expressed a great deal of interest towards the exhibition.

Even though it is an inaugural event, ADEX 2014 has attracted 200 companies from 34 countries and 22 official delegations, which will take up 3 pavilions of the Baku Expo Center. Media representatives were invited to the opening ceremony of the exhibition which will take place tomorrow, 11 September, at Baku Expo Center.

ADEX 2014 will be held from 11-13 September at Baku Expo Center.
